In the twenty years that she has been actively involved in the consciousness movement, Evans has been able to study with many great teachers. She has studied Tarot, Mediumship and Mastery with Rachael Salley, Egyptian Mythology, Theosophy, Channeling and Sacred Sites with Page Bryant, Native American Shamanism with Peter Calhoun, Peruvian Shamanism with Amaru Li, Egyptology and Astrology with Mary Lomando.
In the last ten years Evans has hosted internationally recognized teachers, shamans, and intuitives in East Tennessee. She also organizes small group sacred sites tours.
Evans website "The Perpetual Pilgrim" is about her journey along a spiritual path, including its twists and turns, highs and lows and what she's learned along the way. Evans work now is to share what she experienced so far together with the insights and gifts that her teachers have given her. Evans Bowen a mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend who finds happiness in these relationships and in the little things of life. She lives a simple, quiet life in the shadow of the Great Smoky Mountains. She loves reading, walking, yoga, cats, and opera. She's a ballet and violin mom to two college-aged daughters. Evans always loves to have a plane reservation to her next adventure and has traveled to all 50 states, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South and Central America.
Evans has a degree in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has worked as a travel agent, professional organizer, and accountant.
